This one Michelin starred restaurant is located at Le Strato Hotel, in the heart of Courchevel 1850. Chef Thomas Prod'homme revises simple flavours using the freshest local produce and locally sourced ingredients.

The menu is inspired by combining interesting flavours, with a touch of mountain cuisine. They only use the best ingredients and source locally. The master patissier turns to classics of French patisserie like the Mont Blanc.

3. Le Chabichou Restaurant

This two Michelin starred restaurant is at the heart of Courchevel 1850, and offers you a choice of dining on the terrace, the elegant dining room, the new bistro, or at one of the chefs tables in the kitchen.

From here you can watch chefs Michel Rochedy and Stéphane Buron at work, creating their gastronomical wonders right in front of you.

As you'd expect there is a great wine list, chosen by sommelier Bruno Cahu and the prices are what you'd expect to pay in this level of two starred Michelin restaurant.

At lunchtime you can enjoy the skiers menu at 55€ which is often a popular choice and in the evenings the Bistro is increasingly becoming a popular choice with prices being slightly less than the Michelin starred restaurant.

Chef Guillaume Duchemin has designed a traditional French cuisine menu, you will find the chefs own contemporary take on must try dishes from the world culinary walk of fame. Dine in the warm and casual atmosphere with an elegant and refined interior.

A real gourmet luxury restaurant, it is only open for dinner.

The menu evokes a journey between land and sea, with a few nods to the European Alps, spanning France, Switzerland, and Italy, as well as to Provence and the Mediterranean - Sahid's roots.
