Their aqua-leisure area consists of a multi-sensory musical pool with various zones: multi-tonic, aqua-fitness, anti-stress, etc. There is even a hair-dressing service.

This exceptional 900m² spa is spread over two levels and is situated in the exclusive Le Strato luxury hotel.

It includes a heated pool with a large window that look out on to the slopes, three individual treatment rooms and one double room, a hair salon - La Biosthétique, and a traditional shaving service - Le Barbier du Château. There are also two saunas, a steam room, a Jacuzzi and a fitness room.

The team are at your disposal to advise you on the care that fits you the best: body treatments, massage, facials and aesthetic treatments.

Access to the facilities includes bathrobes, towels and flips flops, all you need is your swimming costume!

There are five treatment rooms, double treatment rooms for couples, a Thai massage room, a wood sauna, an authentic stone hammam and scrub room, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a subterranean pool with Jacuzzis and a TRX-equipped yoga studio.

They have a range of treatments to suite your needs: to reduce muscular fatigue, calm the nervous system, improve circulation and reduce stress from a day on the slopes, the Massage Sportif would be the perfect choice.

Other treatments include foot reflexology, Shiatsu and Thai massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and other massage and beauty treatments.

Non-residents at the hotel are welcome from 09:00 to 16:00 according to availability, to use the hammam and book massages and beauty treatments, but not the pool.

La Sivolière offers a balneotherapy pool with counter-current swimming, a hammam, a sauna, a massage room and a fitness room equipped with cardio training facilities.

Aquabike lessons are available and the class must be booked in advance with the concierge.

Different body treatments available include massage rituals from all over the world, inspired by a range of traditions including shiatsu, meridian massage, Swedish massage and reflexology.
