- "Le Strato is possibly the best place in the world for a skier: Ski directly from the ran just outside the ski room at the bottom floor in one of the best ski areas in the world (Courchevel 1850). Get some of the best massages I've had at the Spa - or enjoy the large pool, jacuzi, hammam (steam room) or sauna...And get outstanding breakfast and ** michelin (the very best restaurants in the world get 3 * the maximum, 2 * is already some of the best food - with a slightly more relaxed service than the top restaurants) dinners on site! All the staff is super friendly and I had a wonderful 5 days (except I couldn't quite ski as I hurt my leg just before coming) I can't wait the chance to go back and ski there !" - Trip Advisor
- "The room was amazing, very comfortable bed and with a very classy decor. The view from the window was breathtaking, only the mountains, no buildings at all. The room have a spacious wardrobe and the bathroom mirror turns into a TV so you can relax and watch a huge selection of movies available for free. The breakfast was delicious, everything fresh and tasty. Dinner was superb." - Trip Advisor
- "We were very impressed with some of the features available to us, for example the in room entertainment system was perfect. It had a huge range of movies, access to ipod through the tv, high-tech touch screen remotes which were easy to use - and unlike other hotels all of the features actually worked. " - Trip Advisor

The main lift hub for Courchevel is conveniently in the centre of the resort. There are a choice of 4 lifts directly from the snow front or if you would rather start skiing straight away you can ski down to Courchevel Village and Le Praz. The first of the four main lifts is the Chenus Bubble Lift which leads over towards the Col de la Loze Chair Lift connection with Meribel and La Tania. The Verdons Bubbe Lift which takes you to the top of resort where there are also connections to Meribel and skiing towards Courchevel Moriond. The Verdons lift is split into two halves, the first provides access to gentle greens and blues and the second more challenging reds and blacks. The remaining two options from the snow front are the Jardin Alpin Bubble Lift and the Bellecote Drag lift which both lead to beginner areas. If queues are particularly busy first thing in the morning, it is worth taking a short ski from the snow front to the Plantrey Chair Lift from where you can ski down to La Tania or take connections to Meribel.
