This one Michelin starred restaurant is located at Le Strato Hotel, in the heart of Courchevel 1850. Chef Thomas Prod'homme revises simple flavours using the freshest local produce and locally sourced ingredients.

The menu is inspired by combining interesting flavours, with a touch of mountain cuisine. They only use the best ingredients and source locally. The master patissier turns to classics of French patisserie like the Mont Blanc.

Relax in the modern contemporary dining room and enjoy the chic presentation of dishes from this talented Michelin starred chef.

2. Le K2 Altitude Restaurant

Named after the climber who gave the K2 mountain its moniker in 1865, at this fine restaurant you'll enjoy innovative French cuisine.

Chef Guillaume Duchemin has designed a traditional French cuisine menu, you will find the chefs own contemporary take on must try dishes from the world culinary walk of fame. Dine in the warm and casual atmosphere with an elegant and refined interior.

A real gourmet luxury restaurant, it is only open for dinner.

3. Le Chabichou Restaurant

This two Michelin starred restaurant is at the heart of Courchevel 1850, and offers you a choice of dining on the terrace, the elegant dining room, the new bistro, or at one of the chefs tables in the kitchen.

From here you can watch chefs Michel Rochedy and Stéphane Buron at work, creating their gastronomical wonders right in front of you.

As you'd expect there is a great wine list, chosen by sommelier Bruno Cahu and the prices are what you'd expect to pay in this level of two starred Michelin restaurant.

At lunchtime you can enjoy the skiers menu at 55€ which is often a popular choice and in the evenings the Bistro is increasingly becoming a popular choice with prices being slightly less than the Michelin starred restaurant.

Now open for dinner, the two Michelin starred Le Sarkara restaurant pâtissier gastronomique promises a uniquely memorable fine-dining experience. In this contemporary, magical setting, pastry chef Sébastien Vauxion takes the art of dessert making to dizzying new heights. With tantalisingly inventive main courses and exhilarating desserts bursting with extravagant flavour, Le Sarkara makes every meal a 'highly original, unstintingly modern experience'.

A firm favourite with locals and holidaymakers alike, both for its high quality cuisine and its reasonable prices.

Chef Julien Machet prepares delicious dishes using only seasonal and fresh ingredients. They work directly with producers in order to keep the high quality of their wines, vegetables and other produce.

Despite having a prestigious Michelin star, Le Farcon still offers great value for money with set menus, serving a popular and good value three course lunch menu and a choice of dinners menu at varying prices.

The restaurant is situated in La Tania. Booking is recommended. They open from Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 13:30 and 19:30 to 21:30.

Open to the kitchen, the dining area is an elegant and intimate room with only four tables. The chef and his team welcome you under a ceiling reminiscent of snow-covered peaks, creating an unforgettable moment.

The menu evokes a journey between land and sea, with a few nods to the European Alps, spanning France, Switzerland, and Italy, as well as to Provence and the Mediterranean - Sahid's roots.
