A well-located and traditional Savoyard chalet with 7 bedrooms and a private hot tub.
Chalet Topaz is a homely and traditional chalet, perfect for a La Tania ski holiday with family or friends! The chalet features 7 en-suite bedrooms (3 double and 4 twin), sleeping up to 14 guests.
The spacious living and dining areas are separated by a dual-aspect log fire, and the living area opens up to a balcony where the private outdoor hot tub is situated. At the entrance to the chalet is a boot room for ski and equipment storage.
Located in the ‘chalet quarter’ area of La Tania and up a flight of steps from the road, Chalet Topaz is conveniently situated for both piste and village access. The closest piste access is just a 2 minute walk from the chalet towards the bottom of the Moretta Blanche run, which is wide and levels out at this point, just above the La Tania télécabine. For those who prefer, the pedestrian elevator to the piste is just 150m from the chalet. From the bottom of the elevator you are in La Tania village (for access to the shops, restaurants, bars and ski shops), or you can head around the corner to the ski school meeting points. or the télécabine, from the top of which you quickly find yourself in the heart of the vast Three Valleys ski area!
Sleeping
The chalet sleeps up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms, configured as follows:
Ground Floor
- Bedroom 1: Double room with en-suite (bath with shower head, WC and sink), and balcony access
First floor
- Bedroom 3: Double with en-suite (bath with shower head, WC and sink)
- Bedroom 4: Twin with en-suite (shower, WC and sink), and balcony access
- Bedroom 5: Twin with en-suite (shower, WC and sink), and balcony access
Second floor
- Bedroom 6: Twin (eaves) with en-suite (shower, WC and sink) and balcony access
- Bedroom 7: Twin (eaves) with en-suite (shower, WC and sink) and balcony access
- Bedroom 8: Double with en-suite (bath with shower head, WC and sink)
Dining
This is a catered chalet which includes breakfast - 5 days continental breakfast with hot option; 2 days self-service continental, afternoon tea and a 3-course evening meal on 6 evenings. Your chalet hosts will have one day off per week and this is the ideal opportunity to try out one of the superb local restaurants.
