Whilst France isn't that well known for its vegetarian food, in Courchevel there's even a fully vegetal fine dining spot with a mere two… yes two… Michelin stars
L'Anerie Restaurant
A charming old farm building at the foot of the ski slopes where you can enjoy typical Savoyard cuisine such as cheese fondue and meat grilled on a hot stone.
The interior is a glimpse into the past with farming tools, animal harnesses and old pots hung from the walls, whereas on sunny days you can enjoy the view from the large terrace.
They are specialised in fondues and raclettes, as well as grilled meats. Open only for dinner.
