Luxury ski in and ski out hotel right in the heart of Courchevel
This 5-star hotel lies in the Jardin Alpin area of Courchevel with stunning views and private access to the pistes giving you ski-in/ski-out access.
It comprises 33 stunning suites with an entrance hall, 20 spacious double rooms, some of them interconnecting, and a spectacular penthouse with its own jacuzzi and private terrace. The renowned architects and interior designers India Mahdavi and Joseph Dirand have overseen the interior styling of this hotel.
Located next to the main building, the hotel offers two private and exclusive chalets which feature five en-suite bedrooms, a private spa with jacuzzi, sauna and treatment room, home cinema, and a superb kitchen for the private chef as well as butler service.
The hotel also boasts an impressive 40-metre private conveyor belt to carry guests smoothly off the slopes directly into the perfumed ski room and ushered into the warmth of the hotel. It also features a hair salon, flower shop, clothes boutique by Malo and ski shop.
The hotel also has a fabulous Spa with four treatment rooms and a suite for the traditional Russian ritual "Bania” as well as many other treatments. In addition, the spa area offers an indoor 11-metre mosaic pool and a state of the art fitness centre, as well as jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and salt cave.
The Bar de L'Apogee has been decorated by stellar designer Joseph Dirand. By day, it welcomes those wanting to relax over lunch. The menu includes both light dishes such as the Lobster club sandwich and some more hearty fare after a morning in the snow, the Grilled filet steak with béarnaise sauce is a speciality. By night it becomes the coolest hot spot in Courchevel, with live music and DJ’s on stage.
The Cigar Lounge offers the world’s most reputed cigars to your side. Hand rolled, box pressed and gently aged, aficionados have made a selection for the perfect draw, burn and flavour. Designed as an intimate cocoon, it presents a warm atmosphere throughout the evenings while the wood crackles in the fireplace. A fine humidor, deeply relaxing sofas and armchairs envelop you in plush luxury. Along with the rare and fine cigars, they serve prestigious vintages.
The hotel also has two restaurants. Le Comptoir de l'Apogée offers gourmet French cuisine in a warm atmosphere, with stupendous snowy views... The menu revolves around the world’s finest produce, presented in its freshest form, with a French gourmand’s interpretation. Chef Jean-Luc’s Sea bass in a pistachio crust or Chateaubriand with voisin potatoes and forest mushroom cromesquis are some of the highlights.
Japanese restaurant Koori offers sushi and other French-Japanese fusion dishes in a refined atmosphere.
Three airports are convenient for Courchevel 1850 and there is a private air strip 3 minutes from the hotel. L’Apogée Courchevel keeps a fleet of four wheel drive limousines for airport or station transfers with chauffeurs fluent in both French and English.
