A stunning chalet in the heart of Courchevel 1850, just steps from the slopes and village centre, complete with a spa for ultimate relaxation.
Nestled in the heart of Courchevel 1850, Chalet l'Arctique is a beautiful alpine retreat, just a few steps from the main lift and a short walk to the village centre. Sleeping 10+2 guests in six stylish bedrooms, this chalet combines modern luxury with a cosy mountain feel.
On the top floor, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area creates a welcoming space. Large doors let in plenty of mountain light, giving stunning views of the ski lift, village, and Aiguille de Mey. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table, made of solid walnut, seats up to 16 guests, perfect for long meals with friends and family. The living area has a comfy wrap-around sofa and two velvet chairs, all around a unique wood-burning fireplace.
On the next floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a shower room and balcony access, offering breathtaking views. Another double bedroom has a roll-top bath and balcony access. There's also a bunk room for two children with a bathroom and twin sinks.
On the floor below, the master bedroom has balcony access, a desk, and a seating area for morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom has a deep bath and a sleek black marble sink. Another bedroom on this floor has natural light and balcony access, with an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC. The bedrooms have a classic alpine style with dark wood and LED mirror lighting in the bathrooms.
On the entrance floor, there's a cosy sitting area with a fireplace, a small kitchenette, and ski lockers with boot heaters. The final double bedroom has a 140cm bed and an en-suite shower room. A washer and dryer area and a guest WC are also here.
Finally, on the spa floor, you'll find the indoor swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
