5 bedroom chalet in Courchevel. Sleeps 10
Perfectly positioned in Courchevel 1850, the beautiful Chalet Carat marries traditional charm, with elegant furnishings, a chic colour palette and all the modern facilities you would desire from an alpine home. Sleeping up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, it is the ideal place to bring your loved ones together for an unforgettable ski holiday.
The living area of the chalet is located on the top floor, where a plush L-shaped sofa by the fireplace invites you to unwind in front of the TV and relax together. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, framed by textured curtains that highlight the views of the mountains beyond.
The elegant dining table seats eight guests, with three comfortable armchairs and an L-shaped bench, all illuminated by cosy ambient lighting that creates the perfect setting for family meals. Set the tone with the built-in Sonos system.
Overlooking the dining area is the high-spec open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for any chef. It features stainless steel surfaces, Smeg appliances, a Delonghi coffee machine, and KitchenAid tools, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare your favourite meals with ease.
This floor also houses a guest WC and a children’s double bedroom, perfect for two. Located under the eaves, this room is connected to a spacious shower room, offering a convenient layout. The kids will love this cosy hideaway with its arched windows and TV for their favourite films, while the adults enjoy after-dinner drinks next door.
Down the staircase, highlighted by stunning crystal chandeliers, you’ll find the sleeping floor. The plush master bedroom features a cosy seating area, floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace access, and a white marble en-suite bathroom. A retractable TV unit is conveniently housed at the foot of the bed.
Two additional double bedrooms on this floor have wall-mounted TVs and their own marble-finished shower rooms. One of these bedrooms shares access to the terrace with the master. Each room is decorated in neutral tones with plenty of Alpine soft furnishings, helping you wake up rested and ready for a day on the slopes.
Chalet Carat’s lower ground floor is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment. Here, you’ll find a white marble-style indoor swimming pool, bar, and spa area. Soak in the pool or enjoy a cocktail at the bar. For movie nights, the velvet-walled home cinema offers the perfect setting—popcorn, your favourite film, and comfy sofas to sink into.
A few more steps lead past the wine cave to a WC, a storage room for outerwear, a private laundry room, and a large ski room with heated boot warmers. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the sauna, or access the spacious underground garage.
For extra space, Chalet Carat also offers a separate apartment. Accessible via a short walk through the garage, this apartment is decorated in a cosy, traditional style and includes a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a living room with a smart TV, and a kitchen/dining area. Perfect for an overflow of guests, it offers a private retreat.
Outside, the sun-trap terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfast al fresco at the outdoor table, which seats four. From here, it’s a short walk to the Bellecote slope, where you can ski to further lifts and explore the expansive Les Trois Vallées ski area. The village centre is also a short drive away, offering easy access to shopping, luxurious bars, and delicious restaurants.
The underground garage is shared by five chalets in the Domaine de Bellecôte and is accessible from the lower ground floor.
