The name of this restaurant means "The Bullseye" in English. It is on the main high street of Courchevel 1550, at the foot of the Tovets piste.

Opened in 2019, in honour of the grandfather of the family who built the Edelweiss hotel in the 1970s, this family-run restaurant has been built on love and heritage, and has become a firm favourite in Courchevel 1650. Home-made cuisine in a warm and cosy atmosphere, with modern mountain decor. The menu has local specialities and traditional French dishes, as well as some more asian-fusion dishes and some bigger sharing meat dishes. There is also a large pizza menu, where the pizzas are also available to order for takeaway.

Very popular with locals and tourists alike due to the reasonable prices and lovely staff. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the menu offers good, simple, hearty meals.
