Located close to the Praz ski lifts, snow front, and the brand-new cable car offering quick access to Courchevel 1850, this chalet is perfectly situated for ski enthusiasts. Plus, it's just a few metres from the cross-country ski slopes, offering something for everyone.

The chalet blends contemporary style with the charm of wood, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. Its refined decor in light tones gives the space a friendly, welcoming feel. An integrated elevator takes you from the lower levels to the upper floors, where you’ll discover a spacious living area. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, perfect for shared meals, while a south-facing terrace provides views of the historic Olympic ski-jump from the 1992 Games. A large lounge with a fireplace and a reading area, as well as a second TV lounge, complete this level.

The ground floor (level zero) features five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, safe, and an en-suite bathroom or shower room. The ski room with its independent entrance ensures you can easily store your equipment.

Level minus one is dedicated to relaxation, with a swimming pool, hammam, sauna, and lounge area. To complete your wellness experience, head to the massage room, accessed by the elevator.
