This luxury chalet, located in the heart of the prestigious residential area of Nogentil in Courchevel 1850, is an exceptional property that can accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children.
Offering quick access to the ski slopes and a warm and authentic atmosphere, it is distinguished by its traditional and luxurious appearance. Beautifully decorated with weathered wood and century-old wooden beams, the chalet has a large living room with a cathedral ceiling, 7 bedrooms including 4 doubles, 1 master bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and a 3-bed dormitory.
This high standard chalet has numerous balconies and terraces on each level, offering exceptional views of the surrounding mountains. You will also be able to enjoy a relaxation area including a Hammam, a Nordic bath and a massage room at your disposal.
Built on 4 levels, you will find on level 0 a large garage and outdoor parking space, a ski room, a cinema room and a games room as well as two bedrooms; one with bunk beds (sleeps 2) and its shower room and the second bedroom also with bunk beds (sleeps 3) and its bathroom and WC.
On level 1, there is the entrance hall, a cloakroom, a Hammam, a massage room and a laundry room. There are also 3 beautiful double bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, one of which has a large dressing room, and a bedroom with bunk beds and shower room.
Level 2 will allow you to access the large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and a double bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
Level 3 will allow you to discover the sumptuous master bedroom, accompanied by a shower room with bathtub.
