This exquisite 6-bedroom chalet, sleeping up to 12 andults and two children, spans five floors, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience just minutes away from Courchevel Moriond.
As you enter the chalet, the top floor reveals a breathtaking open-plan living and dining area. The high ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The centrepiece of the room is a striking cocoon hanging fireplace, providing warmth and a touch of contemporary flair. The living area features a plush L-shaped sofa, perfect for cosy evenings by the fire, and ample seating for all guests. The dining table, seating 12, is ideally positioned to enjoy views of the slopes, creating a delightful setting for meals with loved ones. Step out onto the large balcony, where an alfresco dining table awaits, perfect for enjoying meals amidst the stunning alpine scenery. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to create gourmet meals. There is a mezzanine floor that sits above the living and dining area, that has a cosy reading nook and an office area.
Descending to the second floor, you’ll find three elegantly designed bedrooms. One of these bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with separate shower, while the two other bedrooms include en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with statement lighting fixtures and a chic chalet vibe, ensuring a restful retreat. The bathrooms are modern and sophisticated, designed with a pairing of grey tiles, wooden finishes, and sleek black fixtures.
The first floor hosts three more beautifully appointed double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and and the other two with en-suite shower rooms. The thoughtful design and luxurious touches in these rooms provide comfort and privacy for all guests. Additionally, this floor includes a well-equipped ski room with direct acces to Courchevel's slopes.
The ground floor is dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, featuring a tranquil spa area complete with a sauna, hammam, indoor swimming pool, and massage room. This serene space is perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing, with the swimming pool offering an ideal environment for stretching out and soothing tired muscles. Also on this floor is a staff apartment with a seperate entrance, that is not available for guest use, there maybe a member of staff living in the apartment.
The lower ground floor boasts a cinema room for entertainment, with a bunk bed perfect for children. Please note that this room has no windows and can only accomodate a maximum of two children. This floor also includes a convenient laundry room.
Throughout Chalet Ascension, a neutral white colour palette with wood finishes creates a sophisticated and cohesive aesthetic. An elevator within the house ensures easy access to all floors, making it convenient for guests of all ages.
