Opened in 2019, in honour of the grandfather of the family who built the Edelweiss hotel in the 1970s, this family-run restaurant has been built on love and heritage, and has become a firm favourite in Courchevel 1650. The menu has local specialities and traditional French dishes, as well as some more asian-fusion dishes and some bigger sharing meat dishes.
