Reflecting the ambiance of the hotel, this restaurant offers a sophisticated, innovative and most of all tasty dining experience. Chef Bilal Amrani's cuisine is French inspired and focused on retaining the authenticity of the carefully selected products on offer.

Diners can choose from mouth-watering starters and mains on the à la carte menu or from the constantly changing Tasting Menu and Menu du Jour to reflect the specials of the day. Appetisers served with organic vegetables, main courses featuring line caught Sea Bass, thyme smoked filet of Turbot, organic veal and a classic Mexican vanilla flavoured soufflé with Grand Marnier liquor are just some of the dishes that will tantalise your taste buds.

For the kids there's Le Mini 1850, offering a menu exclusively for children set in a bright and colourful dining area. Even suitable for the youngest, the chef can prepare a selection of home-made baby foods.

After a tiring day on the slopes, all you need to do here is put your feet under the table and let the service team take care of the rest.
