Are you getting Winter Olympics fever? It has, so far, been an amazing spectacle of incredible sport by the bravest, strongest and most talented athletes. The Three Valleys has 11 athletes competing in Pyeongchang and one of our very own alpine skiers from Courchevel has won a bronze medal in the men’s Giant Slalom event!

Alexis Pinturault managed to claim a mighty third place in the sensational final of the nail-biting event beating several of his teammates as French skiers filled four of the top seven places.

This is the 26-year-old's second bronze Olympic medal so Alexis definitely has a long and successful career ahead of him.
