Records Fall at French Ski Mountaineering Championships

Last weekend's Courchevel was the base for the French Ski Mountaineering Championships and the event was a record breaking success.

Ski alpinists from Chamonix scored highly over the weekend with Haute Savoie based Spanish athlete Kilian Jornet winning the Vertical Race, Yann Gachet taking top honours in the Sprint Race (and with it the overall title) and Nina Silitch coming home in first place in the women's Sprint.
