The third season of the Dynafit Ski Touring Courchevel, which began on December 12th, came to an end this week having had a record number of entrants. 1,376 people set off overall with 785 of those being different competitors.

For the final turnout 172 people took part and entry was free to those who cam in fancy dress. President of the organisation Guillaume Prin was pleasantly surprised as they didn't anticipate it being such a big sucess. Even memebers of the town council asked for a postponement of their meeting so they could take part and to get people in the party mood they held an impromptu Harlem Shake just before setting off.

The fun and games clearly didn't put off winner Mathéo Jacquemoud who completed the race in 24'03'', just ahead of Florent Perrier in 24'26" and William Perrier in 26'30".

In the women's race Naila Jornet (Kilian's sister) won in 34'20" with 2nd place going to Gaëlle Martin 35'51'' and Caroline Freslon-Bette taking third with a time of 36'01''

Mathéo Jacquemoud won the record of this season with a time of 22'40'' ahead of Kilian Jornet in 22'48'' and William Bon Mardion in 23'02''.
