This company will do all the hard work for you, finding your dream home using their extensive network of local estate agencies, private sellers and auctioneers.

Ducroz Real Estate fully commit to its clients with each agent only undertaking three property searches at any one time. The search process with them couldn't be easier, they provide all the support and assistance you'll need throughout, from creating a shortlist of properties to negotiating your offer to arranging quotes for renovations and interior design. For foreign nationals, the agents are also happy to help you set you your gas / electricity / internet etc contracts.

At the start of your search, they will visit you at your current home (where possible) to discuss with you your requirements and to better understand your environment and property needs. Location, number of rooms, size, environment, mortgage - their agents will cover all the important questions. They will also discuss the property market in your chosen destinations and tailor your search accordingly.

Once all is agreed and a contract between you and Ducroz Real Estate is signed, the search will begin. They'll save your precious time and money by doing all the legwork in the research process so you'll never have any wasted trips!

When a short-list of properties has been agreed upon, their agents will organise a schedule and together you'll visit the selected properties. The agents will analyse all the documentation relating to the sale with you and provide advice on a reasonable value for the purchase. If you choose to proceed they will then negotiate the offer on your behalf. If your project requires construction, renovation or interior work, Ducroz Real Estate will put you in touch with reliable professionals and experts as well as negotiating quotes.

At the 'Compromis de Vente' stage, the agents will organise signatures, choose a suitable notaire (solicitor - with translation if required), assist with the banking, research quotes for work or interior design, then accompany you to the solicitors for the final signatures (around 3 months after signature of the 'Compromis de Vente'.)

Ducroz Real Estate can also help with project development, interior design, administrative advice and personal requirements at the removals stage.

Fees:
