This two Michelin starred restaurant is at the heart of Courchevel 1850, and offers you a choice of dining on the terrace, the elegant dining room, the new bistro, or at one of the chefs tables in the kitchen.

From here you can watch chefs Michel Rochedy and Stéphane Buron at work, creating their gastronomical wonders right in front of you.

As you'd expect there is a great wine list, chosen by sommelier Bruno Cahu and the prices are what you'd expect to pay in this level of two starred Michelin restaurant.

At lunchtime you can enjoy the skiers menu at 55€ which is often a popular choice and in the evenings the Bistro is increasingly becoming a popular choice with prices being slightly less than the Michelin starred restaurant.

At lunchtime you’ll see that most restaurants serve a well-priced plat du jour or dish of the day, usually with locally sourced meat, potatoes and a salad or seasonal vegetables. Some places stay open right through the day and into the evening so you can have an early dinner if that works best for your family.

Head to the ground floor of Le Forum shopping centre, right next to the ten-pin bowling alley and amusement arcade which children love. Here you can tuck into omelettes, burgers and pizzas.
