This is an apartment on the ground floor of a residence block in the centre of La Tania.

This is a ski in / out apartment so is a great base to access the 3-valleys ski area.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, mini oven, fridge with freezer compartment and the bonus item of a washing machine.

The lounge has access onto a south east facing balcony and is fitted with a comfy double sofa bed and a TV making it an ideal space for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. There is a dining table and a couple of benches for seating.

This apartment has a bathroom with a bath, hand held shower and sink. The toilet is separate as per the usual French style.

Separate to the apartment is a ski locker available for guest use.
